Amazing museum with just about every aspect of Appalachian life. Thanks Dr. Deb for bringing me here! The book, Weathering, by Arline Geronimus, details the people of Appalachia and health disparities across USA. I highly recommend checking out it out!
This museum is now part of the Smithsonian, so it is expected that renovation of this critical treasure of Appalachia, will be supercharged!
